Qualifications & Requirements
Hold current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Holds current Heart Save Level of CPR
Display a caring and respectful attitude toward residents, families, and team members
Understand the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the RPN role
(Asset) MDS credentials and knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, legislation, regulations and best practices applicable to the retirement and long-term care sector
Role Overview, Expectations and Responsibilities
Providing resident-centred care
Maintaining residents' health records
Administering medications
Assisting with daily activities and personal care
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
Compensation & What you can expect
