Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in labour relations, ideally within healthcare, long-term care, or a unionized multi-site organization.
In-depth knowledge of Ontario labour legislation (e.g., OLRA, ESA), with experience applying it in complex environments.
Proven track record managing multiple collective agreements and building positive union relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, or a related field (CHRP/CHRL designation is an asset).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to navigate sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.
